Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you, the client, agree to all the terms described therein.

General

Personal use only.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
Revisions may only be made up to 3 times before charges are incurred. Please note that large revisions will incur extra fees.
Expect a turn-over time of 2-6 weeks, depending on complexity.

If what you want drawn isn't a part of these categories, please feel free to discuss it with me.

I will send you an invoice via email with the amount due. Payment via Ko-fi may be discussed.
Payments must be made 1 week after the invoice is sent, otherwise the commission request will be considered void.
Upfront payment only.
I will only begin working once I have received the payment.
Refunds requested by the client will be calculated according to the progress made. This is non-negotiable.
In the event that I no longer wish to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Completed commissions are non-refundable.
Under no circumstances may the client issue a chargeback.

I, the artist, retain all rights to my work. I may:

Sign and watermark my own work.
Redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

By commissioning me, you are only purchasing my services as an artist

You, the client is allowed to:

Use the artwork for personal uses, including but not limited to: avatars, desktop/phone wallpapers and personal displays.
Post the artwork with visible credit to me.
Use it in a manner which generates no profit.
If the character is an OC, you retain all rights to your design.

The client is not allowed to:

Trace, modify or edit my work without explicit permission.
Reproduce or make derivatives of the work for commercial purposes.
Re-sell my work.
Take credit for the work.
Use it in any manner relating to blockchain technology, including NFTs or any other cryptocurrency.
Emulate it, or use it in any manner with AI technology.
